Raspberry Almond Scones

Is a morning tea really complete without scones? Certainly not without these Raspberry Almond Scones, which are as delicious as they are pretty.
Ingredients
FOR THE SCONES:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons cold, unsalted Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1 cup heavy cream, plus 1 tablespoon, divided
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1 cup raspberries
FOR THE ALMOND GLAZE:
1 cup powdered sugar
4-5 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 cup sliced almonds, for garnish

Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

This Shrimp Fettuccine Aflredo is a major comfort food. There's just something about a mountain of pasta consumed by rich creamy sauce, and studded with large, tender shrimp that has my name written all over it. It reminds me of my favorite dish at Olive Garden; seafood alfredo. It's also surprisingly easy to make; ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
¾ lb fettuccine or penne pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp butter
1 garlic clove
⅓ cup white wine (I used Ste Chapelle Chardonay ~$6)
2 cups heavy whipping cream
⅓ cup parmesan cheese
S&P to taste
Sprinkle of paprika
Parsley or basil for garnish if desired

Chocolate Caramel Pecan Turtles

Homemade Turtles Candy recipe - Baked pecans covered in a delicious homemade caramel and topped with with melted chocolate! These treats make perfect neighbor gifts for the holidays!

4 cups mashed potatoes*
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large egg
1/4 cup flour (or up to 1/2 cup flour for creamier potatoes)
2 to 3 Tbsp chives, chopped

Love these soft and wonderful yeast rolls! The raspberry dental filling and lotion cheese icing are impressive! A terrific reward for Valentine’s Day!
Ingredients

2 packages yeast (4 1/2 teaspoons), dissolved in 1 cup lukewarm water
6 tablespoons shortening (Crisco)
1 cup granulated sugar
9 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
2 cups hot water
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon salt
FOR THE FILLING:
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
3 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1/3 cup granulated sugar
Zest of 1 large lemon
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
For the frosting:
4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
